NIagara Regional 3Gun Match

Match Requirements:

Rifle: Any legal calibre under 50 calibre

• Standard Category- Centrefire rifle with detachable magazines typically. Semi Auto with internal magazines and stripper clip fed- examples-Wk180, Tavor, SKS, Garand
• Manual Category-Pump action or lever action firearm- Examples- Troy PAR, Win 94, Typical hunting style rifles
• Pistol Calibre Carbine- semi auto rifle with pistol calibre capacity, detachable magazines.
• Vintage Rifles- Bolt action or semi auto military surplus non restricted or restricted rifles have their own category.

Pistol- any calibre under 50 calibre, detachable magazines-semi auto pistols typically in 9mm but any allowed.

Shotgun- Pump or semi auto allowed with extension tubes as per legal capacities for firearms. Detachable magazines are in same category.

• Allowable ammunition – number 7 or 8 shot for birdshot stages, slugs for some stages

Chest Rigs, battle belts, ipsc style belts allowed. Magazine retention during course of fire is necessary as there is shooting prone and dynamic shooting on the move.

Holster for pistol- one level of retention minimum. If using level 2 or 3 holsters must use all functions of holster.

Optics- Red Dots, LVPO, Iron sites all same categories
